Standard scope: 20 manually loaded products/60 variants OR one clean import of up to 100 products/300 variants. Larger tiers require a clean source, pilot import and platform suitability checks. Product photography, manual data cleanup, historical orders/customer migration, POS/stock sync and subscriptions are quoted separately.
We organise themes, collections, navigation and product templates around your brand and buying journey. Existing stores can receive a focused redesign or a scoped rebuild. Supported apps can add email marketing, reviews, stock connections or other functionality after feasibility and ongoing fees are checked.
Standard Shopify checkout is platform-controlled. Custom checkout changes, complex feeds, multi-market selling and bespoke app development need separate assessment.
Discuss inventory/POS connections, customer email tools, CRM, loyalty features or booking systems. We first check the supported integration, field mapping, sync direction and failure handling. A website build does not automatically include a custom stock-sync engine or unlimited plugins.

For one standard supported store. Shopify/Wix plans, paid apps and processing fees are additional. Shop Improvement includes care checks; we do not charge twice for the same work. Ongoing SEO, advertising and daily order management are separate. All prices are service fees in GBP. No VAT is currently charged. Final scope, payment dates, notice and any minimum term are agreed before work starts.
We offer Shopify and Wix store design, setup, redesigns and supported integrations. We recommend a route based on the catalogue, owner editing and business requirements; we do not claim official partner status or certifications.
We assess the source platform, export quality, products, URLs, accounts, orders and loyalty data. The migration scope, redirect plan, access and test process are agreed separately. Not every record or feature can transfer.
No. We design to make discovery and buying clearer, but demand, pricing, traffic, fulfilment and customer service all affect sales. We agree measurement and avoid guaranteed returns.
Yes, within a defined care or improvement plan. Catalogue work, email marketing, SEO and paid campaigns can be separately scoped. Daily fulfilment, customer support and unlimited changes are not included.
