Vemblo Systems is the trading name of Joshua Maxwell May, a sole trader. For privacy questions or requests about your information, email vemblosystems@gmail.com.
When you contact us
If you submit our enquiry form or email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, contact details, business details and project requirements. We use it to respond, discuss a possible project and keep relevant correspondence. An enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid passwords, sensitive records or private information about other people.
The enquiry form
Our enquiry form is hosted by HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector. When it loads, the provider and services needed to display and protect the form receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Information you choose to submit is processed through the provider for Vemblo Systems. You can email vemblosystems@gmail.com directly instead. Our website does not collect card details or create a project agreement when you enquire.
Website delivery and service providers
Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical information needed to serve and protect it, which can include IP address, requested page, time, browser details and security logs. HighLevel handles the hosted enquiry form and submitted contact information; email correspondence uses Google’s Gmail service. These services may process information outside the UK under their applicable arrangements. Provider settings, retention and transfer safeguards form part of our data-handling review. We do not sell enquiry information.
Why we use information
We use relevant enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. Technical information supports reliable delivery, security and abuse prevention. Project work has its own agreed scope and any required data-processing terms.
Keeping information
We keep correspondence while it is needed to answer an enquiry and follow up. Our policy is to review inactive enquiries after 12 months and delete information no longer needed. An ongoing project, legal obligation or dispute may require relevant records to be retained longer. Hosting security logs follow the provider’s applicable retention settings. Contact us to ask about information relating to you.
Demonstrations and tracking
The examples use fictional businesses, sample data and temporary browser memory. Their controls do not create real accounts, bookings, orders, payments or customer records. Our own pages do not add analytics or advertising pixels. The real enquiry form is a separate provider service; our integration requests optional analytics and marketing categories disabled and does not save sticky-contact data or forward arbitrary page query strings. Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your information, object to its use, and withdraw consent where applicable. This website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
