We aim for prompt communication, prioritised fault assessment and clear delivery slots for agreed updates. Is SEO included, or an extra?
Technical and on-page SEO setup is included on the pages we deliver. We consider page purpose, useful content, search information and technical foundations, then check the agreed work before handover. Your proposal defines the pages and allowances. What is included in every website build?
The agreed brief and visual direction, responsive delivered pages, technical/on-page SEO setup, copy based on approved facts, two focused review rounds, testing of the primary journey, launch and a practical handover. Thirty days of fixes for delivered defects are included. Feature setup and editing rights depend on the agreed package.
How do we get a firm quote?
Tell us the business, what you need and what you already use. We check fit, access and any technical questions, then provide a proposal with inclusions, exclusions, setup costs, running costs and timing.
Do we pay for the first conversation?
No. Initial discovery is free and without obligation. Substantial technical investigation or software discovery can be a separately priced first step; we explain the deliverable and fee before you decide.
What if we change the scope?
We explain the additional work, price and timing effect for approval before starting it. Fixing our delivered defects and work already included in the agreed scope are not charged twice.
